Are all the old terraces in the inner-suburbs heritage listed or are they up for rezoning? Not the most densest no, but they're a characteristic peice of inner-Sydney. It would be a shame to see some of them go.

Anyway, I'm thinking 3-6 story apartment blocks with mixed residential/commercial. Lots of detached housing which really do not belong in the inner-city area and all those retro style 70s/80s low rise flats won't be missed, ugh!
