“The Real-Estate Frank” is the name of the new real-estate magazine idea that I’m introducing here in our forum. In the past couple of days I got an idea of how to make our participations, ideas, and opinions here in Syscrapercity turn into business, and here is my offer. The idea introduces establishing a new real-estate magazine, but different from the others. The base of the magazine is the frankness and being honest in introducing the different real estate-related subject, I mean it won’t just sing the projects praises, but it will be frank and that’s the idea. If the project is good then it’s good, if the project is bad then it’s bad, and here will be the vantage. Being frank in the real-estate sector to what regarding the investments choices, Project progression status, developers financial status and market position, and that’s what the region real-estate magazine lake. “The Real-estate Frank” magazine will be the decision makers first choice and a major reference for being up to date with the on ground real-estate development s

I suggestion Jordan as a good point to start from, where the magazine will cover the Jordanian real-estate market as a first step until the magazine establishes a big customers base to start from to the regional level. The magazine will be online-based (no physical magazine offices) and it its distribution will be over the internet for free, which will provide us a wide spread. The money-making part will be satisfied through advertisements pages for designing, consulting, contracting, construction, and investment companies.

The magazine in its first phase will need not only an reporters & authors from Jordan, it will also need them from other countries, like London and Paris where their architectural offices have major rules in planning & designing many projects in Jordan. Skyscrapercity forum will be one of our major resources of info as we will dedicate a space in the magazine for What’s new, opinions, rumors, and chitchats from there. What’s not to like!

For anybody who find himself competent and ready to dedicate some of his time to carry out some task(s) he find himself useful in for the magazine, please don’t hesitate and send me a message of interest with your vision to the job you would like to get (e.g. Articles author, reporter, interviewer, …etc) and how you will help the magazine in its work.
