This is not a Rwanda vs DRC issue.Pick on someone your own size.But I do agree that the list is flawed e.g University of Dar Es Salaam over University of Nairobi!I can think of 4 or more Kenyan Universities which are far more advanced.

This is the wrong list !!! its webmatrics, it only measures how "visible" a university is on the Web.. it does not measure quality or size or anything else for that matter.. you should look at the THES list, it's a more comprehensive ist in terms of factors
