i just had to respond, so mba-congo, why is it that you consider luhya as you termed it "diluted," Bantu, because as you said they have mixed with Luo (a case which I am not at all aware of), but the Azande, who are not originally in your "Bantu nation," become part of your "Bantu nation," and are "pretty much no different when it comes to culture," when they mix with "Bantu," people.

So, are the Zulu, Xhosa part of the "Bantu," nation, you know they got those clicks in their language because they took Khoisan wifes, and catually Xhosa are majority Khoisan people who had some Bantu mixing and adapted the language. Xhosa is full of all kind of clicks. Would you call them diluted Bantu.

Are you indirectly saying that the Alur are not Congolese or part of your Bantu nation, because they are Luo. What are the implications of your statements.

You see while the Chinese are growing under one banner, under one giant language and fluid culture, you are talking about some a "Bantu Nationalism," that you can't even get to make sense, contradicting yourself all the time, when Africans should be striving to speak one common African language, and one culture that is open and accepts diverse Africans and non-Africans into its fold, not only restricted to those who were born "Bantu."

Good luck on your contradictory exclusive Bantu Nationalism.

If I knew that Congolese on this board thought that Congo had nothing in common with five of the countries at its borders (Sudan, Uganda, Rwandan, Burundi, Rwanda) and Kenya that would constitute some semblance of region, I would never been so naive as to start the debate.

So this thread is over, Thank for to those who have informed and misinformed me, and on to the next topic.

Because people from up north have always been viewed as an extension of the culture and language are very similar.

Prove that your not an ILLUSIONIST as well.

1.EAC have no control of it Foreign Policy.

2. Some are over crowded and only looking where they will start to spill.

3. Some don't even own their land.

4. Large shunk of their Budgets is donations.[ for doing what they are told].

5. Only one Democracy, [The rest are just puppet dictators]

6. Mass poverty, some only capitals are doing good[ congrats on that one].

7. DRC is 2.34 Million Km2 . EAC is 1.2 Million Km2.

Water,Electricity, Oil reserves, DRC has more than all EAC can ever imagine,

I will stop here.

Countries join Unions because they NEED, not because they WANT .

Were already members of two Unions , we have what we need from these two.

So what is EAC going to offer DRC? What is it that you have , that we need?

Then MODs can
