yea the project at 32,would be 40+ story designed by oppenheim and has the usual oppenheim look

The 1550 property is right next door to the 1650 property (Cardinal Symphony) so we could see some nice density in the area. Also, the seller bought the property in 1998 for $1.35 million and sold it in 2005 for $18 million. Nice deal.
