SANTIAGO DE CALI - Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero (36,000) - 2011 FIFA WC U20 / 2013 WORLD GAMES
![]() Pascual Guerrero Stadium 36,000 seats The Estadio Olimpico Pascual Guerrero is a stadium built honoring Pascual Guerrero. The Stadium is located in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. The stadium was the main stadium of the 1971 Pan American Games in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. It was built in 1937 and it has a capacity for 45,625 spectators. It is the home of two of the city football teams: Deportivo Cali, and America de Cali. In 2010/2011 Deportivo Cali will move into a new stadium, Estadio Deportivo Cali, becoming the first Colombian football team to own its own stadium. Due to its privileged weather, most mass spectacles in Cali are held in this open-air scenario, which has accommodated up to 50.000 people in non-athletic performances (surface and stands). Different types of music festivals have taken place in Estadio Olimpico Pascual Guerrero including genres such as: rock, salsa, latin, pop, andean, mariachis, etc. Also, it has held massive religious congregations. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() America de Cali Colombian league 13x Champion (record): 1979, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1990, 1992, 1997, 2000, 2001, 2002-I,2008-II.
