Przyzwoita architektura, dobre materiały, bezpretensjonalny i prosty w formie. W sumie bardzo udany projekt.
Mógłby być trochę wyższy, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę położenie przy szerokiej ul. Solnej (budynek aresztu na drugiej stronie ulicy dochodzi do 7 pięter). W sumie - 7.5
