I noticed one of these being emptied at Concord last week - they just have normal green wheelie bins inside - and it was full to the top of waste that would otherwise have gone straight to landfill. Now for the domestic recycling wheelie bins, which won't be long.

Well I put our box out for the collectors on three occasions, ---and each time it was not emptied, ---needless to say I didn't bother again, --but the new bin will be much better than the box.
