From the base up to the top these buildings look around 140m to me, i could be wrong.
And they are quatruplets  which is just great.They wont be built close to city center but in the outskirts. Masterplan does not allow for any building more than 9 levels (with the exeption of 85m highrises around the main square) in the main areas of the city so it'll propably be built far from the actual center and quite distant from Tid Tower and Eyes of Tirana. |
