Been to it several times to see opera shows.
Wonderful! Though the benches can be a bit uncomfortable after a while.

I keep checking it for updates!!

I remember stepping in all the footprints in front of Grauman's Chinese Theatre when I was younger, but where is the Egyptian Theatre?

It is located almost two and a half blocks East of the Chinese Theater at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and McCadden Place. This theater often gets lost in the hustle and bustle of Hollywood but it is a great little hidden gem. Definitely worth a visit.

We have a new Opera Hall here in Toronto, for our Canadian Opera Company.

It is not an old building, but it is "historic" for us as it is the first purpose built opera house in Canada! Before it the Opera Company had to use a regular concert hall.

i think instead of putting up ugly boxes in the suburbs, theater companies should use some of these abandoned theaters instead

great havanna theatre

great havanna theatre one of the biggest opra theatre in the world, and the biggest one in latin america, the home of the cuban dance culture and the cuban national ballet as well.
from the outside

from inside
hall

great steage

the theatre have also another room, used for small performances

appart from ballets and cultural performances, the great theatre works like a cultural complex which includes many small rooms, restaurants, cafés, galleries, and even one pub. it have also, rooms where dancers train before performances.
