Raleigh: New Condo Project Announced (Hargett & Dawson Street)
Condos and retail are planned for a huge eyesore of a parking lot in downtown Raleigh. The lot next to the Dawson on the corner of Dawson and Hargett Streets is prime real estate for a condo project.
Trammell Crow is considering putting a 7 story condo building there with 10,000 sq ft of residential. Here is the link to the story in the N&O |
