Urusharta Cemerlang Sdn Bhd plan to build what in this "Millennium Residence land"?

"A parcel of land in Kuala Lumpur’s shopping district of Bukit Bintang has been acquired by Urusharta Cemerlang (KL) Sdn Bhd at a record price of RM210mil from CDL Hotels (M) Sdn Bhd, a unit of London-based Millenium & Copthorne Hotels plc."

Why change the design? the previous render is so nice and the building is so attractive because it looks like a knife.Now it change it too this design. i do not like it. IT is too boxy.
