Long Beach at Night (foggy)

Most of these pictures were taken last night (December 11) around the Pike area. I wanted to take some pics of the high rises and pine ave but the fog was too thick and you couldn't really see much. I took a bunch but these were the best... it was just too foggy. Enjoy!

Wow, like a rediscovered movie or book. I would say it's time for an update on the next foggy evening. Be sure to include Blue Cafe and all the bright lights on Pine.

Reminds me of a similarly foggy night this past new year's eve (which I thought it was, before I noticed the OP was from 2004)...we had strolled down from our place to see if they would go through with fireworks anyway...which they did, albeit with a somewhat abbreviated program. The result was akin to psychedelic flashes of light behind the fog.
