Currently looking for someone who has knowledege about all aspects of pre construction. looking for somenone who can reserach new projects and upload web pages for a RE/MAX based group. Basically the job consist of what we all do here as far as the research for all the pre-cons, renderings, and spec of these condos except you will get paid $$$ for the job done. Also includes uploading web pages. Part time position most of work is done through your home with some time in office based out in south beach. Sounds Great! I'd love to do it but I never fully learned HTML, time to start studying!

Also, I'm not too sure if this type of page is legal on our forum, but i am going to leave it up for about a week considering it pertains to what we all like to do...

is there an age limit? a 16 year old on staff could b quite useful...
