yes...def. one of the best modern buildings in india...hopefully ambattur will become for west chennai what siruseri has become for south chennai.

And notice that Signature C is also coming up slowly. That is only little less in size compared to this integrated Signature A & B.

Infact, I was fortunate enough to see some of the renderings for their Hotel & Mall project in Pune back in 2007-08. It was mind blowing. The design was like a Piano when viewed from top with those black & white reeds. Not sure if they are going to do it that way though due to execution costraints. I am sure more quality buildings can be expected from this developer.

I think it is already part of Rajini's Enthiran. Had shooting of a car chase on the incomplete stretch of Chennai by pass with this building in the background. This was a few months ago.

Great update Arul. I should learn the art of tipping the pilot and taking us on a desired detour.

Ambattur skyline seems to get interesting. Also I guess this is the first closeup aerial view of the Byepass around Ambattur.

What happened to the 24 storey twin towers by RR industries, thats been under construction since 2005. Whats the status?

Any idea on why/if it was stalled.

I love the design in the renders. I love the building after. I love the flow and the entrance is a blast.This is one of the best looking building in India. I love checking out new constructions and have seen many but this is in one of my top 3 buildings in India.

You are right. They never got up to 24 floors. Construction has stopped midway after the downturn of 2008-09. I think some of the lower floors are occupied.
