Interestingly, here is some photo's of the Indiabulls Finacial Centre that IU took and the Sunshine Tower aswell as the Naman Group. The Naman group's one topped out all the way back in Jan. Cladding/glazing must be going on.

I am liking it. Also the few buildings adjoining it are pretty cool. Looking good.

The Sunshine Tower has only one office per floor? That's original. Might as well accommodate one small business per floor.

Looks great!
By the way, Why is Mumbai the only city in India that is getting skyscrapers? What about cities such as Bangalore and Hyderabad? Kolkata? I understand that Delhi, being the capital, is traditionally a very historic city and should remain so. |

I asked them. They said, "First Mumbai, and then others". Sorry man. I hope they say yes the next time.

Look in other forums, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai, Calicut and Kolkata all have many 30 floor+ buildings. Kochi & Kolkata even 40+. Some 20-60fl towers to take of soon in Lucknow.

Damn, cranes galore! And I think that is the first time we've seen the back side of the Shangri-La Hotel.
