Apesar de na altura da construção/abertura ter dito aqui que não tinha gostado muito do resultado final tanto interior como exterior (baseado nas fotos) tenho a dizer que das vezes que visitei o Palácio do Gelo nestes 5 anos de vida, gostei bastante. Da grandeza, dos interiores e exteriores, das vistas das esplanadas dos terraços para a Serra da Estrela.
Excelente e parabéns a Viseu  Brevemente devo por lá passar, a caminho doutras paragens

Realmente as vistas e os terraços é do melhor que o Palácio tem
 Outra coisa boa é o facto da disposição das lojas te permitir com muita facilidade saber onde se situa uma determinada loja pois basta só olhar à volta , não é como muitos centros que tens que percorrê-lo quase todo até a encontrares.

É verdade, por os pisos terem uma disposição oval, facilita a localização das lojas
A Visabeira tem feito grandes obras em Viseu Vê se metes uma cunha aí para eles avançarem com um hotel que têm projectado para Coimbra

Em compensação tem pisos a mais... um Centro Comercial deve ter no máximo dois ou três pisos. Mais do que isso, existem, e alguns CC até funcionam, mas estão fora do ponto óptimo.

 Pois, o problema é um bocadio esse... Esteticamente beneficiam com isso, comercialmente... nem por isso. A mais das vezes aliás, são prejudicados por isso. |
