No any news, no any activity.
Best scenario if Nakheel will restart works in october-november at Clusters.
Fronds are on-hold and future of fronds indefinite. I don't understand why Nakheel put Fronds to long-term projects while it's 60% built - few floors left to finish.

Difficult to guess anything..

Some works going on at The Cluster's only, The Fronds still ON HOLD and nothing has started at the Village Center , that part a bit flooded

As I see from outside, some parts of The Cluster's can be ready this year.

fronds

i was in Nakheel sales office 2 weeks ago: Fronds is on-hold on indefinite period, they do not plan to continue constructions there next 5 years. It's very strange - 16 of 22 floors already built.

I guess Clusters will be handovered in march-april next year.

Just got this notice from Nakheel:

We refer to our Newsletter dated April 2011, informing you about the continuation of construction work in Jumeirah Heights upon the completion of the comprehensive restructuring plan carried out during 2010 between Nakheel and its contractors.

We hereby wish to update you on certain progress on the project since our last communication to you. We can now confirm that work has recommenced and the average percentage of completion of the project is 76%.

In line with the above, we would like to inform you that the new anticipated completion date for your property has been revised to June 2012.

We have also updated the payment schedule taking into consideration of the new anticipated completion date. Please refer to the table mentioned below:

First Installment
20%
Second Installment - Due on August 2011
15%
Final Installment - Due on Completion

You will also be receiving a payment reminder from our Collections Team, to assist you through the payment formalities if there are any remaining payments due on your property.

I drove by yesterday and making progress, I would not say good progress but definately progress.

Workers were just leaving, guess approx 50 workers per cluster.
