Many New Tall Buildings are being completed in the Shinjuku, Shibuya Areas

　ＪＲ渋谷駅と新宿駅の近くで31日、注目度の高いビルが相次ぎ完成した。住友不動産が渋谷駅近くに建設した大規模ビルにはチケット販売大手のぴあや交流サイト大手のミクシィが来年に本社を移転する予定で、上層階には高級賃貸マンションが入る。新宿駅東口前に野村不動産が手掛けた商業ビルは英カジュアル衣料大手のトップショップが中核店舗となる。

　住友不動産の「渋谷ファーストタワー」はＪＲ渋谷駅東口から徒歩約８分、アクサグループの旧本社跡にあり、地上25階・地下３階建て。投資額は明らかにしていない。

　オフィスとマンションを組み合わせた複合ビルで、低層部の３～10階をオフィスに充てる。来年１月にぴあが千代田区から本社を移転するほか、ミクシィも来年４月に原宿駅近くからの移転を決めている。

　12～25階の上層部には同社が展開する高級賃貸マンション「ラ・トゥール渋谷」（121戸）を入れる。月額賃料は23万～200万円と高額だが、渋谷駅周辺には大型マンションは少なく、すでに約６割の部屋が契約済みという。オフィスとマンションを一体的に整備することで職住接近を進める狙いもある。

　野村不動産がＪＲ新宿駅東口前に建設を進めてきた「ミラザ新宿」は地上10階・地下３階建てで、投資額は約350億円。最上階を除きすべて商業店舗が入る。地下１階から地上２階までの３フロアを使って英カジュアル衣料大手のトップショップが旗艦店を16日に開業する。

　このほか、海外挙式の手配などを扱うワタベウェディングのほか、ブライダル衣装レンタル店、エステティックサロンなどを集めた。

　新宿駅東口周辺では２月にビックカメラが駅前のさくらやの営業を引き継ぎ、４月にはヤマダ電機も出店し、街の顔ぶれが変化している。

Thanks for the extra, I posted this project because it's in such a prominent location right next to Roppingi Hills complex. I knew it would get some attention from people that visit the area.

Tokyo keeps on building tall buildings, for 2011 another 20 will be finished if everything goes to plan. After it might be a bit less judging from the lists I see on the internet. But none of those are 100% complete and there are always new projects that come up out of the blue.
