Some positive update there.
It be nice if GIFT guys actually concentrate & put there full energy on this supertall iconic tower ALONE for next 5 yrs. They might actually get it built & fully completed with glass cladding. instead of wasting their energy on $10 billion pipe dream of whole iconic city. Most important thing is to build this, get it filled atleast 80% capacity with 10 yr lease agreements signed. This will be a real positive step. Ahm'd is no Bombay & lacks any serious highrises. Filling a commercial supertall tower is serious business. GIFT should only concentrate on this tower ALONE. Nonetheless, good news BTW, see how far it goes. |
