Tanmiyat's Living Legends set for completion by 2013

Saudi-based real estate developer Tanmiyat has said the first phase of its Living Legends project in Dubailand is set for completion by 2013, Gulf News has reported. China State International (CSI), part of China State Construction, has been appointed as the main contractor. "The plan is to resume full scale of work after the summer, we are just waiting for Chinese national day to finish which is this week," Dr Wan Mohammad Hasni Wan Sulaiman, adviser in charge at Tanmiyat, said. Upon completion, the residential segment will comprise 500 villas, 12 residential towers, a golf course, golf hotel and a mall
