The building is well connected as it is close to Hitech City MMTS station and nearest bus stop is JNTU (Kukatpally). Sharing autos are available to either of the location.

People buying flats in this building are unlikely to take shared autos or buses for transportation.

I meant the connectivity is good and the building is not remotely located like Lanco towers and public transport (MMTS,buses) is not far. I didn't mean that the people living in these flats will take public transport.

Lanco is not remotely located. The area just behind lanco is fully populated....puppalguda, secretariat colony etc are less than 500 m.

Public transport is needed by those who come to work these apts !!

It's coming along quite well. I counted 31F visible amidst the foliage for the taller tower in the above shot. At the end of this message, I will be cross-posting a U/C image posted by p.raghavendra6 in the cityscapes thread. Anyways, unless the Lanco Signature Tower and/or APIIC tower get built to their original specifications, these buildings will dominate the city's skyline for a while.

In this picture, you can see the tallest tower is at 33F, with the crane working on level 34. The two 45F ones are at 33F and 27F, with the two 30F towers at 27F and 26F. Both this pic and the pic in the previous post show a remarkable size difference between these towers and IJM Malaysia Township's various 11F buildings. When these buildings get finished, Hyd will have a reasonable focal point in its skyline until the Lanco Hills Signature Tower gets built...if ever. But perhaps this project will just as easily open the floodgates for the stillborn 60F Obelisk Tower first (re-designed for residential use most likely), who knows?

These towers are so tall already that they are visible from the Flyover near Patny, Secunderabad!
