Prefer the old design too!! But new design looks nice too. Like the St Regis sign at the top.

Construction has started! Just passed by 10 min ago. Old hoardings are being replaced by new ones. And the rendering board is up with the recent design. Info board should be up within the next few days, can't wait for it.

Anyone can guess the final height? 60-70 stories?

Oh! Didn't notice that picture there. Now I think it would be around 220-260m it looks like it's nearly double hiltons hight. How many floors does Hilton have?

Checked on Skyscraperpagehttp://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=5960 it only has 38 floors and is 154m tall so i would think St Regis would be around 250-270m if it goes acording to this render:

The rooms must be pretty big to have only 200rooms in a 70story building.
