This thread will serves as an update of the different projects that the MKH Construction Company will undertake...

Announcement:



M.I. Conglomerate (A multi-national, diversified corporate powerhouse), is proud to announce that it is planning to develop a business park at Port Voyage La Cala, particularly at District D8. The said park is said to have a super tall, could be one of the tallest building at Port Voyage. The said facility will have a state of the art technology that will also comply with today's environmental concerns.

Funding for the said project will be a consortium of M.I. Conglomerate, MKH Construction and SM Prime Holdings.

As of today, M.I. Conglomerate is currently undergoing talks with the local government of Port Voyage for other "appropriate", "sustainable", and "business friendly" properties (lots).

"We are already happy with what is available now(current proposed lot), but we will be happier if the Local Government of Port Voyage will open better lot(s) for us to develop our business park." according to Atty. Rizal Simeon De Lima, Chief Operating Officer and Project leader of the said plan.

Viewed from the front side. The base buildings are shown here, with the main water feature in front of the entrance of the tower. There are two ramps one on each side that will lead them to the 8 level basement parking.

A closer look at the "courtyard" & entrance of the tower. In the right portion of the picture, you can see the east ramp that will lead you to the entrance of the 8 level parking area and the basement lobby.

Thanks! Hala haha Gising kapa! Yup nagpopost naman ako ng works dito, medyo nakakaluwag na (free time) hehehe. Maybe on the next renders. The cladding though is just a texture... But still I'll do it on the next renders.

Here is an initial rendering of how will the main entrance look like...







The height of the large canopy is 2 storey high, more ore less...

I once tried using truss based supports for the end portion of the canopy, but it didn't look right. Does this one fit it?

As you can see I used a different lighting system. That goes the same with the main lobby, sky lobbys and some corridors.

i think the color of the ceiling doesn't fit with the rest of the tower. but the design is amazing, good job again

Ohh ok.. What color do you think will do? I tried white and grey but it was really bland...

For the interiors though I was planning to have a theme that will have a white flooring and walls while the ceiling will be brown (a wood like texture in other words). That is also what I did with the main entrance.

Presenting:

The newest All-Purpose Stadium in the Philippines...

The logo looks like it is for a funeral park!

I'll change it in the future, I am open for suggestions...

And here is the general concept of the stadium itself... (subject to changes)

The super structure is directly inspired my Mr. Ugoki's Stadium (Cebu City Olympic Stadium), particularly the super structure. But for the roofing system, my stadium design adapted a fabric like roof that is Teflon Coated and will be produced by Taiyo Membrane Corporation of Japan. The same fabric was used with the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium but this is more advanced.

Once completed, it will hold the record of having the largest roof in one span that uses the material.

I am still thinking of how will I cover the seats on the back and front portion of the stadium (The uncovered portions).

Oh my... that looks great! Parang stadium frenzy tayong mga pinoy ngaun dito ah. Haha... I love how you were able to merge designs of different famous stadiums into a cohesive whole. More updates please!
