The thread should be about Russia, Qatar and all the nations who had an unsuccessful bid, which does not include the UAE.

If it is something which deserves to be pessimistic about then yes perhaps so!!! The problem is with the UAE archaic and highly regressive laws which punish rape victims and throw people in jail for kissing in restaurants at 2am!!!

It is relevant to your criticism of the article and its depiction. It is relevant to the World Cup because the UAE is one of the primary destinations that many fans will be traveling through or staying at for that World Cup.

Why would I PM you about it? Are you a mod there? It will change absolutely nothing given that the mods and some (not all) of the forumers there think they are above dealing with such criticism even when done in a non-trolling and mature manner.
