hey ppl, what is the cost of living in bahrain....bahranian ppl are very kind and well spoken i hear , back in india, ....i'll be coming somewhere in mid aug 2007...so just wanted to know some where abouts....ne ways....whats d cost of living in Manama with a room-mate in a 1 BHK apartment with basic amenities( electricity + water taxes including)...which is the next closest city to manama....what is d Bus/taxi fares ??? plz some1 answer these questions, will b v v helpful 4 me .....

Other than the tiny Jewish population, Bahrainis are either shia or sunni muslim. Immigrants, mostly non-permanent residents, bring more religious diversity to the population. Unfortunately, the people of Bahrain are not likely to consider them to be legitimate Bahrainis even if they obtain citizenship.
