Situated in the heart of Nicosia – between Eleftheria Sq and Makariou Avenue –on Stasinou Avenue this fourteen-storey building will be the most spectacular in the capital and will be designed by the famous French architect Jean Nouvel. The ground floor and the mezzanine areas will be comprised of shops and/or restaurants with 6 floors of offices above them. The top 10 floors will be comprised of 9 unique luxurious apartments overlooking the whole capital.

On the south facade large planting areas ( on each floor) are to be planted so as to create a vertical “green” screen modulating the sunlight that reaches the interior of the apartments. On east-west, concrete walls create a “bi-dimensional” image of nature, where the surfaces deal
with the technological in its most emblematic form. The graphic surfaces of the east, west and south facade give way to a dynamic 3 dimensional elevation on the north.
One gets the sense that the building is expanding and contracting as the balconies slide in and out changing their width and depth.

This the first highrise of the capital and it will be impressive, with an amazing design and a prestigious location near makariou avenue and oppositr the Venetian Walls and the new Eleu8eria Square, the appartments and offices are already sold.
