This mixed use tower will be the tallest building of Santiago, with its 52 floors and 181 mts. height, approved by the district urban department of Las Condes, its construction works has begun at first days of January 2006... The project was designed by the architect Abraham Senerman, for the holding group ASL and Bethia group... The main characteristic of this project is that it will become the Chile's tallest, surpassing to historical buildings as "Entel Tower", the "Marriot Hotel" and the "Telefónica" tower, that with its spire reaches a height of 140 metres.
