i think there is...which i think is kindda weird, coz up here in Toronto, we have a really busy airport just about 2 kilometers away from the CN Tower, that's the same distance from Fuente to Sto. Nino Church, whereas Kawit Point is about 10 kilometers away from the runway of MCIA...it's probably got something to do with the orientation of the runway, which could probably be easily remedied by a re-alignment

hahaha maayo man kaayo ni pagka mugna,,unsa kaha ni ka tinood, murag lisod man katoohan hehehe, no offense mga bai. But there's a small possibility biya, if they will build it in kawit island i think it's not problem cos as we know that part there is not reclamation anymore so they can assure a solid bedrock foundation.regarding about flight path i think naa pod nay mga signal lights indicator ang building oi so it will still be visible during the night....

mga how many floor kaha ni nga project bai? maka excite man pod ni nato nga taga cebu....

Height restrictions only occur if the orientation of the runway requires aircraft to fly over a city (where a tall building may be built )

So, even if the CN Tower is 2km from Toronto Pearson Airport, unless aircraft fly over it, its not a hassle.
