CDL's partner is Mr. Chatumongkol Sonakul (former Bank of Thailand governor). Which also partner in taking over Phuket's premier Complex project, Jungceylon.

That is just the initial rendition I got, the real official ones will come when launch or a little bit earlier.

Four really tall towers! The design might not be anything special but I still like it because of the height. Thay are fairly slim also.

Unusual to see a painting instead of a rendering for a newly released project.

Maybe, just maybe, it will be less pink in the computer rendering. I see some of the small house roofs that are red in reality are pink in the painting

This project may change the lake view from Benjakitti Park in the bad way.
