Al Ittihad source.

An Emirati businesswoman launched the project. The hotel tower will be 45 F, and there will be two residentials at 50 and 60 F, plus a shopping mall.

A German company that constructed the Petronas Towers will work on the project. There will be 1460 apartments, and 413 hotel rooms (5 star).
