Let us wait for April 29, since according to vatics this will be the time Robinsons will launch the project.

Robinsons Communities - affordable market (counterpart of Avida of Ayala Land)

Robinsons Residences- mid to high end, projects are located within business and commercial districts (counterpart is Alveo of Ayala Land)

Robinsons Luxuria - luxurious projects as the name suggest, highend market (counterpart is Ayala Land Premiere)

There's no such thing as Robinsons Escalades as a Robinson brand, Escalades is a project name of RLC in Cubao and in Sucat. But Escalade is part of Robinsons Communities.

meron na ang Ayala @Tj sa tatlong category dito sa Cebu.
How about Robinsons? Do they have an Afordable Market na pang tapat sa Avida sa IT Park? How about Aspen Heights in Consolacion, pasok ba yan sa "Robinsons Communities" category nila?

And they also have Amisa which falls within the "Luxuria" category na pan tapat nila sa 1016 residences sa CBP... And this Amira under the "Robinsons Residences" category na pang tapat nila sa Sendona Park sa CBP
