The Land Development Agency is proposing the redevelopment of the old Yarralumla Brickworks site into an extension on Yarralumla. It includes new parks, medium density housing, a new transit terminal etc...

It does look good! I'm surprised it isn't being turned into a Westfields style "town centre" as seems to be the norm in Canberra, thank god!
