Wembley would make a perfect athletics stadium .... this whole Olympic exercise was just yet another excuse to throw £BILLIONS more at London and "regenerate" yet another run down area of London .... which in 10 years time will look just as run down as it did 10 years ago.
Trust me German friends, the British public (the 54 million people that live outside the capital) are by no means united by the prospect of the Olympic Games coming to London, it is something we simply can't afford.
