It's not to confuse the terrorists, it's to confuse YOU. They wanted to symbolically have 110 floors just like the original twins so they played around with the numbers. Continuing upwards from the roof which is 105, there are catwalks for the cooling equipment (106), then the 3 rings are 107-109. Finally (as per Zen, who had all the prints) there is a platform halfway up the spire numbered as floor 110. It's only about 10 feet square.

But in reality there are only about 90 actual levels below the roof.

Yea when I visit NY last year it was 100 degrees too around there, biggest heatwave in 10's of years. Than we went to Las Vegas, Dead Valley it was 130 degrees or 52 celsius there, but somehow NY and Washington were more awful because the air is wetter, so it;s even worse.

finally, after 3 days of saving more than 6000 pictures from the live webcam , i was able to make a high quality (1080p) time lapse video of the construction!!

it starts with july 2009 and ends exactly today!

hope you enjoy it.

basically it's like the timelapse video from oxblue but with a much more higher resolution, longer video, good music and bäm bäm bäm!!

i actually am looking forward to the glass reaching 7 WTC...................I also think this is the world's most beautiful skyscraper or i guess i should say it's going to be. there are others that are more this or more that but for a modern skyscraper this is stunningly beautiful and i NEVER thought i would ever say that as i was not a big proponent early on

Does anyone know if they are going to do an episode of Extreeme Engineering on the new Trade Center cause they do it on all masive construction projects and this one would seem like the real deal.
