 When it was built in '60s/'70s they were social housing for lower class Now the owner (Aler: regional institute for social housing) sold most of 'em to the ones who occupied it: quite everybody who once needed a social house are now able to buy one; so it changed from a low class borough to a low middle-class one... but many inhabitants are the same ones (and so are the buildings, obviously)
