Commerz I Office Space Completed 364,888
Commerz II – Phase I Office Space Ongoing 725,769
Commerz II – Phase II Office Space Ongoing 1,661,650

commerz I and commerz II till now are almost similar height and size....how can space in one be 725,769 while in the other is 364888 only???

Perhaps not all of the commerz 1 counted as office space since it's taken up by the westin hotel.

Is that possible for you to tell an approximate floor count of phase 2 using saleable area and FSI of that region.

Looking at this layout plan i think phase 2 will be somewhat in a spiral shape .....which is new to mumbai!

Nice find deekshith....I would indeed be happy if Mumbai got a shape that looked like the Chicago spire that is unfortunately cancelled. (i hope it will be revived again)

Good find deekshith. I suppose that will be the Signature tower of Oberoi Garden City so it's most likely going to be something big!

btw, I think there is another spiral tower coming up in Parel.

Came across a post by IndiansUnite in 2009. Looks like Commerz 3 will be 35 to 40 floor towers, unless they have changed the design since then.
