I am glad other people notice this as well! In regards to Afghani workers, behind our old house in Tehran, I recently saw some afghan builders on a new apartment block behind. As I understand building and renovation as I have done my own renovation projects on 1900's buildings I can say that there craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. My building was built in the 1970's and my question would be, what was the building quality like in those days? Did Iran have better builders?
