Is it accessible to the public or part of a construction site? The views are quite fresh and wide!

The quarry (not construction site ^_^) is closed to public from Anderson Road, but I think you can hike up close behind at top of the peak from TKO.

If you zoom in to the area, you can see the marked trail line to the survey marker shown in Alexander18 photos.

Sure. I came from Ma Yau Tong, TKO to there. But I leave to Anderson Road via Quarry. It need to crossing the fencing into the Quarry.

P.S. The quarry is temporary allocatee to CEDD (GLA No. GLA-DS(T) 127) for mining use. It will be changed to public housing in the future.

That is a very nice view indeed; a great alternative to Fei Ngo Shan!

Yes. I will hike to Fei Ngo Shan next time to view the Kowloon Peninsula. It will easy to compare where is the best view.
