Hi @cutewishes you should have made a Request Letter to EXPEDITE your contract if you're really in a rush to get your CONTRACT. Most of the time, CTBS is ready by the time you've issued post dated checks within the 30 allotted days.

According to my agent, lower floors have been turned-over last august. 11th floor notice for turn-over was given first week of September.

OK pag napasyal uli ako...Napuntahan ko na actually yung place mo last week pa when I shopped at SM North EDSA and visited the amenities area but it was already past 6 pm na so the sky is already a little bit cloudy to take good pictures on a cp only...Nothing significant has changed really from the last pictures you have shown me before...

When you remit money to the Megaworld bank account, you will receive a payment receipt within a month from the end of your repayment period. For an example, you remit 3 months' payment which cover the repayment period from July to Sept 2011. You will receive a payment receipt with the Megaworld logo in Oct 2011.

If you back out from the buy and sell contract, you have to sell your unit to other people and don't expect Megaworld to sell for you. The same principle applies to Singapore properties. If you buy a unit from a developer in Singapore, you have to sell the unit yourself. Otherwise, you would not get any refund but would incur more penalty fees for not selling and early back-out.

Thank you....I just really can't see the idea of buying or investing in something you have no legal documents for. But again Thank You for letting me know. I shall look for something that is ready for occupancy...ie: House and Lot.

Accepted my unit last Sept.19, keys were handed over to us last Oct10,after the release of clearance. Megaworld send us notice of turn-over last August.

Ma'am may I know what other miscellaneous payments have you cash-out before the Unit was handed over to you so that we can have a more accurate idea of the turn-over payments. I posted a previous rough estimate (of my Unit) but I'm not sure of what actual payments needed to be paid...Thanks in Advance
