Hi @cutewishes you should have made a Request Letter to EXPEDITE your contract if you're really in a rush to get your CONTRACT. Most of the time, CTBS is ready by the time you've issued post dated checks within the 30 allotted days.

According to my agent, lower floors have been turned-over last august. 11th floor notice for turn-over was given first week of September.

OK pag napasyal uli ako...Napuntahan ko na actually yung place mo last week pa when I shopped at SM North EDSA and visited the amenities area but it was already past 6 pm na so the sky is already a little bit cloudy to take good pictures on a cp only...Nothing significant has changed really from the last pictures you have shown me before...

If you back out from the buy and sell contract, you have to sell your unit to other people and don't expect Megaworld to sell for you. The same principle applies to Singapore properties. If you buy a unit from a developer in Singapore, you have to sell the unit yourself. Otherwise, you would not get any refund but would incur more penalty fees for not selling and early back-out.

Oh Romeo...I did that. I even threatened to stop my payments and it still took more than 6 mths...ughhh...

marami na rin ang magbubukas this year sa manhattan along aurora blvd, this will be the rebirth of cubao, buhay ko nasa cubao na simula nung maliit pa ako hangang ngayun, eto ang kauna unahang lugar na napuntahan ko at nadatngan mula probinsya!

Ma'am may I know what other miscellaneous payments have you cash-out before the Unit was handed over to you so that we can have a more accurate idea of the turn-over payments.
