About Bank of Kuwait & The Arab World, it is a new building which will be built on the intersection of Weygand Street with Foch Street. The current damaged building is another building. I don't know what it will be.

Deep and Town Towers are under permitting / study status.
I don't know if renders are available or not.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how come the marina landfill was once almost completely filled in (see pic below) a few years ago, yet now we see it with much water (even near BIEL) and little change?




When will the reclamation finally be complete?
