The 2014 due Atlantis Condominium Pattaya is developed by Blue Sky Development Co., Ltd. The new developers in Pattaya came up with 5 buildings of different lengths and shape complexities make up an irregular pentagon with three inner radii-like buildings, if seen from above. The 3 radii don’t meet and pentagon interior is filled with a sinuously shaped infinity edge reflective pool. We are also dealing with 5 Jacuzzis, underwater aquarium and water cannons available and there is a special children’s water playground with a large slide. The pool shape ensures that jamming is still avoided. Tourist families would probably seldom leave the site for long time even if Jomtien Beach is only 300 m. away.

Atlantis means the perfect short family holiday and targeted tourists would probably spend little time indoors. This is low cost and customizable condo building. It presents purchasers with 1,000 units that are 34.5 sq. m. large and the 1 bedroom units can be converted into 2 bedrooms units double in size. The units are under Thai and foreign ownership. Pricing starts at 1.3 million Baht for Thai ownership and at 1.6 million Baht for foreign ownership. The fully fitted 1 bed apartments are a bit jammed but the 2 beds variants showcased are not. The colors employed are white, sea blue and a natural tone of grayish brown with preeminence of white. Sea view is available through stylish balconies.
