this game does not pose any kind of threat to Sim City. It is just pure eye candy.

I think, that it would be crappy, becouse each building must be built separate, and it's not a simulation, but more a game about... CITY LIFE

I'm not sure if anyone has played Tycoon City New York yet or not, but here are some interesting comparisons between it and City Life. What are your thoughts?

Key Elements

City Life is a City Builder, which Tycoon City New York is not. Why?

* In City Life, you build your town from scratch freely and decide how to organize it.
* In City Life, you construct buildings, plan town districts and attract new inhabitants.
* In City Life, your city grows when you play well.

City Life is the first modern City Builder on the market since SimCity 4 in 2003.

Comparisons

City Life and Tycoon City New York are equivilant game types, but there is one difference. City Life is a city builder like such games as SimCity 3000 and SimCity 4. Tycoon City New York is a tycoon game like such games as RollerCoaster Tycoon, Zoo Tycoon and Monopoly Tycoon.

So about the actually city area. Is there a limit like one Large, medium, or small quare to build on. or can you keep building until you get sick of sprawl? One of my main gripes with SC4 was that due to limited space to get high populations your cities have to be extra dense with apartments.
