In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Pintaras Jaya said the work, including temporary retaining structures, piling and pile caps, will commence immediately with a completion period of 12 months. "The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's future earnings," it added. -- Bernama

I think this thread needs to be renamed to Banyan Tree Signatures. Was looking at the model closely n realise it is 55 stories high with the pent houses having higher ceiling with a roughly 5 story high crown above it. I was told that this will be the actual cladding:

I have received email from their sales & marketing with all the details for this development. interested in this project by hoping to get unit at the top of the building or close to the top. Unfortunately, private residences only from level 11 to 52. Level 54 and 55 will be hotel rooms with 50 suites.
as for the private residence, level 11 up to 27,will consist of 153 units altogether, ( 9 units per floor ) and from level 28 up to 52 will have 288 units altogether ( 12 units per floor). At the moment they advertise sales price as minimum RM1,800psf and average RM2,200psf. |
