guys im just sick of seeing projects only in the capital, so in cambodia and lao forums i decided to include hotels from other provinces so it doesnt look like a whole country having only one city that grows its not fair

This is getting bad!! When we have to dig up something completed 100 years ago to post, it is getting bad.

Was it built in 1912? I don't remember that far back. The new thing about this is that it got million of dollars make-over to make itself up to date. But, I agree that the title is not so correctly written. Maybe, we should move this to Sihanoukville thread.
