I think Kampala is fine. Instead of pouring money into a new city, moving all gov't agencies there, etc. just stick with Kampala. Besides didn't the Chinese just finish a new gov't tower there?

The city is going to be congested whether or not it is the capital.

the thing with the buses is the deal was signed by kcc. kcca was invented after the deal was signed so there been alot of confusion . the plan is for a new deal to be drawn up including neighbouring areas .

man anti those guys who took the city Bus deals are from the First family..what pains people is all deals and all gud things are goin to the tribes in the western side of Uganda..so alone pains people...and Kampala being changed is all people across Uganda think kampala is the only place to be and to invest so the inhabitants take this as a land grabbing option mostly the lazy westerners...so Kampala is full to capacity....
