Most "Canadian" American city in my experience would have to be Duluth, due to its proximity to the border and Thunder Bay, but I haven't been to terribly many American cities and have never been to a Canadian city. It's certainly got more of a Rust-Belt like character to it than anything, though.

Yea, Duluth MN shares much in common with Sudbury or Thunder Bay ON.

As MN bigger cities go though, both of the Twins compare better with larger Canadian cities.
