I would like to generate some discussion on project completion dates, especially those due to complete in 2009. To start, find below is a list of projects with the best info I currently have.

NorthBridge [ 32 Turbot ] ----------------- Mar-09

Is the Northbridge date correct? I can't seeing it being completed in 8 months and ahead of 275 George St.

Your right - whoops, a typo. I have the wrong date for 275 George - they are targeting Jan-09. There is only 6 typical levels to go.

Also, www.northbridgecbd.com.au lists the date for 32 Turbot as 23/03/09. I think they can make this without too much trouble.

So there would only be four entries worth mentioning if the list above were to be updated today.

Inspite of all the disappointing news for the sites of the 'what could have been's, we still have four decent skyscrapers to look forward to.

I can't believe The Milton or Union whatever it's called...still hasn't started!!!

A lot of mid-range stuff all completely done now....all the big boys - gone.

Considering most of the thread hasn't been updated in a long time, a lot of stuff should be changed, added and removed.

Sorry to be a bumper, but its now 8 months later and the god damn thing hasn't started, who wants to bet we will see it revised to a 10 story building next year.
