Just moved to IRM, so far okey naman ang maintenance, the PMO responds quickly. Comment ko lang, the exhaust fan along the corridors , amoy ulam - - sari sari. Me remedy pa kayo ito? To think kunti pa lang nakatira as of now.

yea I think that is why DMCI's newer project has lumivent (open corridors) to resolve that issue.

Which I am wondering if DMCI Illumina (or any DMCI properties for that matter) also have something similar rules, such as...
1. LPG is not allowed
2. Laundry is not allowed

I feel that it is very restrictive to have these rules especially for residential purposes. Can anybody enlighten me with regards to this? Thanks in advance!
pwede sigurong maglaba, di klang pwedeng magsampay na makikita ng kapit bahay.
