how is DMCI's maintenance? any issues?

Just moved to IRM, so far okey naman ang maintenance, the PMO responds quickly. Comment ko lang, the exhaust fan along the corridors

, amoy ulam - - sari sari. Me remedy pa kayo ito? To think kunti pa lang nakatira as of now.

yea I think that is why DMCI's newer project has lumivent (open corridors) to resolve that issue.

Hi!

I saw a post from the smdc grass residence thread stating the house rules it provides to the unit owners. (See http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...153801&page=88).

Which I am wondering if DMCI Illumina (or any DMCI properties for that matter) also have something similar rules, such as...
1. LPG is not allowed
2. Laundry is not allowed

I feel that it is very restrictive to have these rules especially for residential purposes. Can anybody enlighten me with regards to this? Thanks in advance!

guys, sino ba pwede makusap ko dito? Yung friend ko, gusto sana ma-expedite yung move-in niya, kasi dressed up na yung unit, just need to have a quick turn-over
