Interesting place to visit maybe...but relaxed quality of life? I doubt it.

Was hoping that the restaurant had an Italian name though (if it already doesn't). I remember I saw a restaurant, or coffee house, in another thread that was in Seoul that was called La Maison. I'm studying French, and at first I was wondering why one would name a restaurant 'the house'. Now I think it's pretty neat how the owners, whom I assume don't speak French, used a plan french word in a unique way. If only there were more restaurants like that in Korea (north or south). Don't they have a program that allows Koreans from both sides of the border to venture into certain areas of the other side? Maybe I'm wrong, or just thinking of industrial parks set up, but if he went to Pyongyang I guess that would be the only way. Unless NK is allowing more foreigners in.

I'd rather say: Most creative pizzas -in the world!- are to be found in Japan and S.Korea. Yes, that's 100% sure! But then the best pizzas are from Napoli, that will never change. (Just as the best nigiri are in Japan and the best kimchi in the korean peninsula)

I never tried pizzas in Japan but I did in South Korea. It was about 17000 won and it wasn't the best I ate for sure. Just regular one not special. Although the Pizzerie that I ate at is said to be one of the best and most famous in Seoul. |
